2009 2009 Race Updates: The season began in Canon City, Colorado where road conditions and tuning of the new motor hampered performance netting a Third Place finish on May 10th. Dry road and high winds kept the gravel up and the grip down. With more engine torque on tap than ever before the team struggled to get a grip on the slippery surface. Despite this an encouraging radar speed was recorded while running a high degree of wing angles proving we have the power to pull a hill not found with the 3.2L motor.
