The TCE Impala SS kit is far and away the number one selling front brake kit we have ever produced. And for good reason; attention to detail and value packed. When it comes to repeated stopping our huge 13", 15" and 16" directional rotors with full size four or six piston calipers get the job done.
We have also spent a lot of time on the rear of the Impala and came up with three exceptional, matching rear brake kits. These kits replaces the stock rotor with a two piece package while retaining the stock parking brake. We then fit a properly sized four piston caliper to match your front kit in both looks and performance. The 13" kit

Application: Base kit offering big kit performance. This one started it all and still gets the job done. The FSLi internal crossover caliper brings a clean look to this time proven kit. Keep it as delieved or dress it up in Black or Red finish and add drilled and slotted rotors.
Fit: Stock 17" and larger wheels.
Notes: Requires spindle modification. You can DIY or select to have TCE modify your spindles in the Ordering table. You must send your spindles to us. Expect 3-4wks. Increases track width .25" per side. For colored calipers (powder coat) the FSL is the better model to use due to it's body shape. The Drilled and Slotted rotor are still sold with Zinc plating.

Application: The 15" kit really help show what true Big Brakes are all about. An upsized version of the discontinued 14.25" kit this one comes with larger and more effective six piston calipers, pre applied color and the preferred 'radial mount' design for rigidity.
Wilwood Aero6 calipers have been replaced by the SX6 model.
Fit: Requires 19" or larger wheels.

Application: When the wheels go up so do the demands placed on the braking system. The TCE 16" kit takes braking on the SS to a whole new level. Wilwood truck proven calipers are at home here as they are on an Escalade. Costs are elevated due to not only the larger parts but the low volume/high cost of our one-off rotor hats.

Application: The entry level, base kit for the rear of your SS our 13" rear kit is inted to be full matchy-matchy to the 13" front kit. By using an iron 'hat' your parking brake is also fully functional for all your daily driver needs. It can be blinged up with color and drilled/slotted rotors.
Fit: Stock 17" and larger wheels.
Notes: These kits requires the removal and adjustment of what is called 'axle float'. This will be done by working on the differential and installing an assortment of the supplied C-clips to get the float to a space of .006-.008" when done. Installation of this kit should be left to a qualified professional. These Drilled and Slotted rotor are still sold with Zinc plating.

By using an iron 'hat' your parking brake is also fully fuctional for all your daily driver needs. Kit included the larger Aero4 caliper and easy mount radial brackets to the oe caliper mount holes.
